• 10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in high-growth environments (marketplace or B2B SaaS preferred).
• Strong analytical and data skills with experience leading a data-driven team.
• Expertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content and growth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awareness.
• Manage, hire and mentor a best-in-class marketing team that is customer- and data-obsessed.
• Own and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across all channels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations to drive demand and customer acquisition.
• Spearhead brand positioning and communication initiatives that resonate with customers.
