Job summary

The Econolite Group is seeking a Director of Marketing to unite strategy, campaigns, digital marketing, events, content, and sales enablement into a cohesive growth engine. The role leads development and execution of the marketing plan, manages the budget, and mentors the marketing team, partnering with Sales, Product, and business leaders to turn growth priorities into measurable programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B/B2G marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Experience leading a marketing function, team, or large cross-functional marketing org.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Econolite’s marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
• Translate Sales priorities into marketing programs, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team with clear accountability.
• Establish an operating rhythm across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Balance short-term pipeline creation with longer-term market development and brand strength.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define priority markets, segments, and growth opportunities.
• Improve lead quality, lead scoring, and funnel conversion with Sales Operations.
