Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to administer email programs, optimize campaigns, and maintain data hygiene within Marketo/Eloqua and Salesforce.

You will partner with account teams, implement best practices, analyze processes for efficiency, and contribute to pipeline and revenue through targeted email initiatives. This role requires HTML/CSS proficiency and experience with A/B testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing data analysis with Marketo/Eloqua or similar tools.
• 1 year of Salesforce.com experience.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills; experience with email campaigns, A/B and multivariate testing.
• Excellent communication, planning and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers the marketing automation system, including execution of email programs.
• Partners with account teams to translate marketing requirements to campaigns in marketing automation and CRM.
• Ensures programs follow best practices and benchmark results for communications frequency.
• Analyzes operational processes to identify and implement efficiencies.
• Manages email reputation and performance; audits practices for compliance.
• Maintains data hygiene: importing, exporting, updating, and cleansing data.
• Implements advanced marketing automation features to improve pipeline and revenue.
• Provides documentation and training to end users.
