Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Marketing Automation Leader who will design and govern the marketing automation framework across campaigns, leads, and customer journeys. You will collaborate with corporate marketing, Salesforce COE, and sales to ensure data-driven decisioning and a seamless buyer experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with Marketo or similar tools, strong data management skills in CRM platforms, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable programs while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Required.
5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, including Marketo or other MA tools.
3 years of Salesforce.com experience.
3 years of data management in CRM/MA platforms.
Marketo Certified Expert - Preferred.

Responsibilities

Administers the marketing automation system with strategic program design and data hygiene.
Partner with marketing and sales to map the buyer journey and data availability.
Coordinate cross‑functional marketing communications pacing and messaging.
Create self-audit programs and processes for improvement.
Serve as email marketing expert across divisions regarding best practices and compliance.
Set data hygiene standards for importing/exporting and cleansing data.
Provide documentation and training for marketing automation staff.
Maintain the annual roadmap for the marketing automation platform.
