Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to plan and execute email campaigns using the Paychex marketing automation system. You will collaborate with Product and Channel Marketing, and work with Enterprise Communications to deliver campaigns and ensure data quality.

You'll manage campaigns in Marketo/Eloqua, monitor Salesforce data, and maintain HTML/CSS-driven emails with A/B testing. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years marketing data analysis experience with Marketo/Eloqua or similar marketing automation tool.
• 1 year Salesforce.com experience.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills; experience with email campaigns and testing.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
