Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power our demand generation engine by optimizing marketing technology, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights. You will own systems, integrations, and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, ensuring data flows from first touch to sales and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations and automation.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with campaign attribution and reporting.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Build and maintain campaigns across the marketing automation platform and CRM.
• Develop marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; manage lists and delivery.
• Create marketing reporting and dashboards; validate accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver written recaps with findings.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch through pipeline.
• Partner with Sales Development and Sales Operations on list quality and reporting.
• Support platform migrations and documentation.
