ATS Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to drive profitable growth, lead cross-functional teams, and direct strategic execution across divisions. You will own revenue growth, gross margin, and customer satisfaction while ensuring exceptional service and innovative transportation solutions.

Collaborating with Sales, Pricing, and Executive Leadership, you will develop annual plans, optimize processes, manage budgets, and lead continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field plus 5+ years in transportation/logistics/operations management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams and performance.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, margins, and operating profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities for ATS Logistics divisions to align with vision and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing and Leadership to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
• Establish KPIs to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and strong cost controls.
• Oversee carrier procurement, load board management, and transportation execution to optimize margins.
