Job summary

ATS Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all operational activities across divisions and drive profitable growth. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and executive leadership to improve margins and deliver innovative transportation solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget management, and KPI-driven performance, with a focus on customer satisfaction, carrier partnerships, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or operations management.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record with budgets, revenue, margin improvement, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of carrier management, pricing strategies, and logistics processes.
• Experience leading operational improvements and organizational change.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities for ATS Logistics divisions to align with growth objectives.
• Develop annual business plans and performance initiatives to boost revenue and margins.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership on opportunities and relationships.
• Establish KPIs to drive accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Direct transportation operations, carrier procurement, load board management, and execution.
• Manage cost, budgeting, and financial performance while maintaining service quality.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Drive cross-functional projects to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Represent ATS Logistics with customers, carriers, vendors, and partners.
