Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of progressive transportation, logistics, brokerage, supply chain, or operations management experience.
• Three (3) or more years of leadership experience managing teams and operational performance.
• Demonstrated success managing financial performance, budgets, revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and operational profitability.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, carrier management, pricing strategies, and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to lead operational improvements, business transformation initiatives, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities for ATS Logistics divisions, ensuring alignment with vision and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, operational strategies, and performance initiatives to increase revenue and margins.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
• Establish KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee carrier procurement, load board management, and transportation execution strategies to optimize margin performance.
• Drive cost management while maintaining exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
