• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (TRAX & CIMS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a profitable book of business, exceeding monthly revenue goals.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships with a consultative process.
• Generate new opportunities via referrals, cold calls, meetings, email, networking.
• Manage leads with a detailed sales pipeline from origination to long-term partnership.
• Collaborate with pricing and planning to develop transportation concepts.
• Present quotes and pricing clearly and timely.
• Enter quotes, bookings, and load requests; monitor shipments.
• Maintain CRM data in TRAX and CIMS.
• Support credit and collections as needed.
