Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support clients and HUB colleagues with a focus on exceptional service. The role requires coordinating with clients and carriers, processing changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, and assisting with claims.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Applied Epic, and proficiency with MS Office. Ohio P&C licensure is required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry or knowledge of commercial insurance is highly preferred.
• Ohio Property and Casualty licensure is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, carriers, and teammates to provide answers related to commercial lines policies and products.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and certificates of insurance with accuracy.
• Prepare renewal proposals and summaries.
• Assist with claim reporting and follow-up.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance and organization.
