Shinetoo Lighting USA LLC in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking an Inside Sales & VP Sales Assistant to support our sales initiatives and the VP of Sales. The role blends outbound and inbound sales support with administrative duties in a fast-paced lighting industry environment.

You will generate leads, craft sales materials, manage the customer database, schedule the VP’s calendar, arrange travel, and help process orders and rebates, while delivering excellent service to customers and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or admin roles, preferably in lighting.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with lead generation and outreach, including cold calling.
• Create sales materials, brochures, data sheets, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain customer database and assist with rebate applications.
• Schedule VP's calendar and manage meeting logistics.
• Coordinate travel itineraries for the VP as required.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and track payments.
• Prepare invoices and packing slips; follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Engage post-sale for customer satisfaction and referrals.
