Job summary

TVH Group seeks an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead Grayslake-based teams of sales reps and customer support specialists. You will drive revenue growth by coaching performance, coordinating training, and ensuring policy adherence in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the USA Sales Manager to implement sales policies, manage staffing, and support ERP integration and system improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in material handling or industrial equipment.
• 3 years of experience managing sales representatives and customer support specialists.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff overtime and staffing levels to meet domestic sales goals.
• Approve time off and payroll for the team; ensure phone coverage and customer service quality.
• Coach and monitor inside sales reps through call reviews; provide feedback.
• Mentor staff for future leadership roles and coordinate HR training.
• Lead talent acquisition activities with HR and develop training plans for knowledge gaps.
