Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. HRBP to serve as a strategic liaison between HR and its Growth organization.

You will partner with Growth leaders to align talent with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to drive HR strategies for a high-performance, fast-paced culture. You will lead workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development, while partnering with Talent Acquisition to fill roles and build strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior.
• Experience facilitating workforce planning processes.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews and succession planning.
• Ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues and leading change.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent opportunities for client groups and align workforce implications with business plans.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard hires, and build pipelines.
• Develop and execute HR strategies supporting organizational changes and leader effectiveness.
• Guide managers on performance management, coaching, and feedback processes.
• Design retention plans and competitive compensation strategies for key talent.
• Collaborate with managers to create career development opportunities and leadership pipelines.
