Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. HRBP to act as a strategic partner to the Growth organization, aligning talent priorities with business objectives.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving HR strategies and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with executives and HR partners to guide workforce planning, performance, and development, while ensuring effective onboarding and change management across commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior.
• Experience facilitating workforce planning processes.
• Familiarity with talent management processes (talent reviews and succession planning).
• Ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues and driving change.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges for client groups; reflect workforce implications in business plans.
• Inform HR priorities and evaluate demand for new or adjusted HR offerings.
• Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities.
• Partner on hiring and development of team members with managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies for organizational changes.
