Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. HRBP for its Growth organization. You will act as a strategic HR liaison, aligning talent priorities with business goals, and support high-performance cultures in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities include advising leaders, guiding HR strategies, and fostering employee engagement across commercial groups. On-site collaboration is expected to enable effective change and development.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational behavior.
• Proven experience facilitating workforce planning processes.
• Experience with talent reviews and succession planning.
• Ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across all levels.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent opportunities and reflect workforce implications in business plans.
• Evaluate HR demand and offerings based on business needs and trends.
• Execute HR solutions and capabilities.
• Partner on hiring, onboarding, and pipeline development with Talent Acquisition.
• Guide leadership on HR strategy for organizational changes.
