Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. HRBP to partner with the Growth organization, aligning talent priorities with business objectives and acting as a trusted advisor to leaders.

You will influence strategies, mentor HRBPs, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings deep HR knowledge, strong business acumen, and experience guiding organizational change from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience with geographically distributed populations.
• 3+ years supporting Growth or other commercial functions (sales, marketing, business development, etc.).
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent opportunities and align workforce implications with business plans.
• Inform HR priorities and evaluate demand for new HR offerings.
• Execute HR solutions and capabilities in partnership with the business.
• Partner with Hiring and Talent Acquisition to fill roles and build strong pipelines.
• Lead change management and advise leaders on talent implications of decisions.
