Acrisure is seeking a Sr. HRBP to partner with the Growth organization, acting as a strategic liaison between HR and the business.

You will align talent priorities with business objectives, advise leaders, and drive HR strategies that foster high performance in fast-paced growth environments. You will guide onboarding/offboarding, retention, and development of high-potential employees, while collaborating with compensation to balance base pay, bonuses, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to Growth leaders to align talent priorities with business objectives.
• Lead and influence HR initiatives, programs, and change management efforts across commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill key roles, onboard new hires, and build strong pipelines.
• Coach and develop HRBPs, drive performance management, and ensure fair, competitive compensation discussions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews across distributed teams.
