Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and executives on complex organizational matters.
• Experience leading talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, or significant organizational transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives and leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives.
• Lead integration of acquired organizations, aligning leadership, culture, and policies.
• Drive talent management and succession planning to retain future leaders.
• Coach leaders on performance, employee relations, and organizational dynamics.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, change management, and engagement efforts.
• Act as strategic change agent during growth, M&A, and restructuring periods.
• Identify risks and recommend actions to protect business performance.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and employment practices across the organization.
