Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Hands-on recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across the organization.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance issues, workplace concerns, and other sensitive situations.
• Support managers with coaching, documentation, and HR best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, I-9 compliance, and other HR operational needs.
• Maintain awareness of federal, state, and multi-state employment law requirements.
• Partner with leadership on organizational changes, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with company events and other employee engagement initiatives.
