HR Transformed seeks an experienced HR Director in Miami to lead human resources, benefits, compensation, and policy management for a creative agency. You will drive recruiting, onboarding, development programs, and culture initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will partner with leadership to build pipelines, strengthen the employer brand, and scale talent programs as the agency grows, maintaining a high-performance, employee-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent, Human Resources, People Operations, Organizational Development, Recruiting, or related field.
• Experience leading recruiting, benefits administration, talent development, and performance management programs.
• Hands-on experience managing office operations or executive support functions.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build people programs for a small or mid-sized organization.
• Builder's mindset prioritizing initiatives that drive performance, retention, and growth.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR administration, records, onboarding/offboarding, and policy management.
• Lead benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and renewals; manage vendor relationships.
• Own annual open enrollment and communications about benefits.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking and support leadership in maintaining competitive pay structures.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and keep policies current and communicated.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.
• Lead recruiting across the agency, including workforce planning and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines with leadership; enhance candidate experience; strengthen employer brand.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring effectiveness and speed.
• Own onboarding, manager training, professional development, and leadership development programs; create clear career paths.
• Support talent planning, employee development discussions, and performance calendar.
• Be a visible culture ambassador and foster office connections and traditions.
