You will own HR administration, benefits programs, compensation benchmarking, and policy communications, while shaping talent strategy, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You’ll partner with leadership to build scalable programs, drive performance, and strengthen culture, leadership development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Talent, Human Resources, People Operations, Organizational Development, Recruiting, or related field.
  • Experience leading recruiting, benefits administration, talent development, and performance management programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing office operations or executive support functions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build people programs for a small or mid-sized organization.
  • Builder's mindset, prioritizing initiatives that drive performance, retention, and growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strategic thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and policy management.
  • Manage benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and supplemental offerings.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, vendor relationships, and benefits renewals.
  • Oversee compensation benchmarking and support leadership in maintaining competitive pay structures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and communicate policies clearly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.
  • Lead recruiting efforts across the agency, from workforce planning through hiring and onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Create a consistent and thoughtful candidate experience.
  • Strengthen employer brand within communications, marketing, and creator industries.
  • Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring effectiveness and speed.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and team experience.
  • Partner with agency leadership to reinforce company values and expectations.
  • Develop programs that support employee growth, recognition, and career development.
  • Help agency understand and adapt to needs of emerging generations in the workforce.
  • Use employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own and improve onboarding, manager training, professional development, and leadership development programs.

  • Build practical tools, resources, and processes that help managers lead effectively.
