Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years General Management experience in multi-unit food environment.
• Experience leading a large culinary and hospitality team.
• Proven coaching and teaching skills and ability to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, cost-effective food service meeting core program expectations.
• Develop menus with Guckenheimer standards meeting client needs.
• Interview and hire unit staff per regulations.
• Forecast budgets and payroll; monitor unit performance.
• Maintain sanitary and safe operation per health regs; follow NSF/HACCP.
• Train staff to build strong client relationships and service levels.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control and supply chain.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
