The position emphasizes coaching General Managers, optimizing labor and budgets, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute company priorities. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel is required.

• Experience leading multiple locations or dispersed teams.
• Proven success developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting experience.
• Ability to analyze business results and implement action plans.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards and guest experience.
• Coach and develop General Managers, ensuring leadership pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize labor, budgets and profitability across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance and other support teams to drive performance.
• Visit locations to assess operations, identify opportunities, and ensure compliance and safety.
