Bon Appetit is hiring a General Manager to lead multiple dining service departments across locations. You will be responsible for overall operation, cost control, and achieving financial targets while maintaining high service standards.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail foodservice management, a relevant degree, and expertise in food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.

Qualifications

B.S. or A.A. degree with related experience preferred.
Five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.
P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall operation and cost-efficient management across multiple dining service departments.
Ensure financial goals and client timelines are met.
Lead, hire, train, and orient new management staff.
Audit compliance with company, government, and accrediting standards.
