Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations at a location in Toledo, OH. You will lead staff, drive revenue, ensure safety and service standards, and foster a positive team culture while reporting to the Area Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring and training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills; able to lead by example.
