Reporting to the Area Director, the role offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential, flexible hours of 45–50 per week, and opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of retail/fast-paced management experience; car wash not required.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including hiring and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead location operations and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop staff while managing performance.
• Ensure safety, quality service, and adherence to standards.
• Use KPI tools to boost memberships and retention.
