Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee the performance and operations of a location, leading daily activities, safety, and service standards. You will drive revenue, manage staff development, and report to the Area Director.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. Availability includes 45–50 hours per week, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop a positive team culture.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, hiring and training.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Utilize KPIs to increase memberships and revenue.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Facilities/IT.
