Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a location’s performance, safety, and guest experience. You will drive day-to-day operations and coach a local team to meet service standards and financial targets.

Reporting to the Area Director, you will manage staffing, scheduling, training, payroll tasks, and KPI-driven initiatives to grow revenue and memberships while fostering a positive, customer‑focused culture. Availability: 45–50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combined experience and education considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and service standards.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance and retention.
• Create schedules, oversee payroll tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
