Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location’s operations, drive revenue, and build a strong, service‑oriented team. You will lead daily activities, ensure safety standards, and mentor staff to deliver a 5‑star customer experience.

The role reports to the Area Director and offers a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 with bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits. Flexibility to meet business demands is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Car wash experience is not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety and service standards.
• Coach and develop staff to foster a positive team culture and strong customer experience.
• Oversee payroll, hiring, training, and performance management tasks.
• Utilize KPIs and BI dashboards to monitor performance and optimize costs.
