Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager in Houston, TX to lead daily store operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance while delivering world-class customer service. You’ll coach a team, manage performance, and build brand loyalty across our multi-brand network.

The role includes hands-on coaching, structured development programs, and opportunities for career advancement within a large, national family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team to drive new business and store growth.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications and related transactions while managing risk.
