Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location's operations, drive revenue, ensure safety and quality, and foster a positive team culture. You will lead day-to-day activities, coach staff, and coordinate with the Area Director to meet goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, with the ability to supervise 8–12 employees, hire, train, and schedule effectively. This on-site position offers strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience and/or education will be considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and set a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Drive revenue growth and manage controllable costs with guidance from Area Director.
• Oversee staff development, payroll tasks, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and maintain service standards.
• Perform onboarding, training, and performance management to build a strong team.
