Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to lead a location’s daily operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain safety and service standards. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and ensure a five-star guest experience from arrival to departure.

Reporting to the Area Director, you will oversee payroll, hiring, training, and performance management while leveraging KPI tooling to boost memberships and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of experience and education considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at a WhiteWater location.
• Drive revenue growth and manage staff.
• Ensure safety, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee payroll, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention.
