Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Four years of managerial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Must have prior experience in building materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales (professional and retail), operations, production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Direct daily operations and reporting from Online system.
• Develop and implement inventory control programs to meet location levels and turns.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; establish staffing measures to reduce turnover and improve profits.
• Motivate staff, manage wage/salary decisions, and set performance objectives.
• Recommend capital improvements and cost-saving measures; maintain equipment and facilities.
