QISG, a part of Quanta Services, seeks a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction management, coordinating field teams and subcontracts to deliver projects on time and to specification.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project-management experience in DB/EPC environments, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Direct engineering design and construction activities.
• Administration and management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with customers for effective communication and project alignment.
