Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will manage prime contracts, oversee engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on assigned projects.

You will supervise field operations, coordinate with customers, and drive value through project performance reporting and change management. Successful candidates bring strong PM skills and EPC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and equipment in transmission, distribution and substation work.
• Experience in engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, bidding, project management and administration of prime contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated Design-Build/Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams from inception through completion.
• Oversee engineering design and construction activities; manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental stewardship align with customer goals.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; report progress monthly.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders for effective communication and satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and adhere to internal standards and procedures.
