Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Project Manager I to oversee design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, managing prime contracts, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams. The PM I will supervise field operations and ensure compliance with contract specs and safety plans.

The role requires leadership, coordination, and a strong understanding of DB/EPC processes, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Construction Project Management with DB/EPC exposure.
• Experience with prime contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards in power delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion.
• Coordinate engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities.
• Manage prime contract and purchase orders; oversee subcontracts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental goals are met.
• Plan, execute, and report on project performance and progress.
• Maintain client communications and resolve disputes.
• Develop project schedules, value engineering, and procurement reports.
• Mentor junior staff and enforce company standards.
