Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects.

You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams, manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and POs, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards across projects. The role requires 10+ years in construction project management with DB/EPC in the power delivery sector, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management across DB/EPC projects in power delivery

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase
• Provides direction and coordination of intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities
• Administration and management of the prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental goals
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance
• Coordinates with customer to ensure communication and satisfaction
• Develops and reviews health and safety plans and QA/QC plans
• Supervises Project Managers and coordinates with Construction Managers and site safety reps
• Oversees RFI responses and constructability reviews
• Manages procurement status and cost/control reporting
• Develops project schedules and progress/budget reports
• Project close-out and warranty administration
• Post-construction cost review and reporting
• Maintains stakeholder relations and mentors junior staff
• Performs other duties and adheres to internal standards
