You will manage leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance while building a high-performing on-site team to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

With 5+ years in on-site property management and a background in business or marketing, you’ll develop budgets, set rent strategies, and drive marketing initiatives to sustain high

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site property management experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite), Microsoft Office, Teams, and Adobe.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English desired or required depending on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
• Build, lead and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and execute the property’s financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies.
• Maximize occupancy through competitive rent levels, renewals, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on asset performance decisions and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
