Acento Real Estate Partners LLC. is seeking a motivated Community Manager to lead daily operations at one of our multifamily communities. You will hire and guide on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance to drive strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site property management experience
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite), MS Office, Teams and Adobe
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Marketing experience to drive leasing and retention
• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance
• Build, hire, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration and excellence
• Develop and execute the property's financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies
• Set competitive market rent levels, renewals, and marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy
• Collaborate on asset performance decisions and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
