Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of on-site property management experience
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite), MS Office, Teams, and Adobe

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations: leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance
• Build, hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration and accountability
• Develop and execute the property’s financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies
• Maximize occupancy through market-based rent levels, renewals, and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate on asset performance decisions and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
