Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Show apartments, discuss lease terms, and process leasing docs.
• Manage rent collections and related accounting tasks.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and common areas.
• Lead and develop the on-site team to meet goals.
• Review financial/operational reports and optimize costs.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Lead regular team meetings and trainings.
