Job summary

Cartus is seeking an Account Management support professional to help achieve client satisfaction, retention, and Share Of Solutions. You will assist in billing, dashboards, and project deliverables while acting as the primary client contact in the Account Manager’s absence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor SLAs, and prepare for client meetings, proposals, and presentations, aiming to drive value and scalable growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client objectives.
• Confident communication with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve client billing issues.
• Monitor client invoicing and manage aged debt.
• Maintain data integrity for client matrix requirements.
• Assist in monitoring SLAs, CTQs, and service rating goals.
• Create and produce client dashboard reports and propose solutions.
• Analyze reports related to account management initiatives.
• Maintain reporting by updating internal databases.
• Advocate for clients with suppliers and communicate needs.
• Review and revise client policies.
• Lead client meetings and contribute to quarterly/annual reviews.
• Coordinate and follow through on client action items from meetings and audits.
• Support implementation of new client policies.
• Lead projects from planning through implementation with stakeholders.
• Support contract deliverables and renewal discussions.
• Analyze account trends and provide value recommendations.
