Upstate Coin and Gold is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth through lead generation, qualification, onboarding, and account handoff. This entry-level role targets candidates with 1–3 years in sales development and a proactive approach to prospecting.

The role involves executing trades, supporting trading teams, and ensuring compliant processes while delivering high-quality client service. Strong CRM discipline is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales development or related field.
• Strong communication and prospecting abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage CRM data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: build and maintain a lead list and conduct cold calls.
• Lead management and compliance: track leads through onboarding with internal teams.
• CRM hygiene: ensure accurate and complete CRM records including company name, contact info and relationships.
• Account management and handoff: transition qualified accounts to account managers and maintain professional outreach.
• Sales enablement: participate in SKO meetings and Platform Gold demos to showcase capabilities.
• Trading and support: assist trading activities and respond to client inquiries; backup for traders when needed.
