Job summary

MayTech Global Investments is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the Head of Distribution and Regional Sales Managers in expanding the client base across intermediary, institutional, and independent channels.

You will drive proactive outbound prospecting, schedule qualified meetings, and develop a robust pipeline to grow assets under management (AUM). This role suits a motivated, competitive individual who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years in financial services, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 63) or willingness to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to financial advisors and institutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Head of Distribution and Regional Sales Managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Track activity, meetings, and opportunities within the CRM.
• Contribute to long-term AUM growth through BD efforts.
