Job summary

Upstate Coin and Gold is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to increase sales, maximize margins, and drive customer engagement through calls, emails, and cases. You will learn commodity trading and build a sales career in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 2+ years of business development experience, strong MS Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems. Excellent communication and resource planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum three (2) years of business development experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• ERP/CRM system experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound telephone and email inquiries, orders, and requests for information.
• Assist with customer service needs and correspondence.
• Processes transactions in applicable CRM / ERP system(s).
• Creates and updates Purchase and Sales orders.
• Sends sales campaigns to existing customers and new prospects.
• Prepares and distributes information on new product availability.
• Provides administrative support to the Trading team and helps with day‑to‑day activities.
