• Create strategic roadmaps to onboard new clients and set benchmarks.
• Research target lists and initiate relationships via calls, emails, and social media.
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) and use tools to generate interest.
• Collaborate with regional teams to maximize local impact and growth.
• Maintain operational and business development metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends to remain competitive.
