Job summary

Veryable in NE Ohio (Copley office) is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth by connecting manufacturers with on-demand labor, visiting local businesses, and building strategic partnerships.

You will prospect, present the value of Veryable’s platform, and manage CRM while collaborating with regional teams to expand the local footprint. Remote candidates are not considered; office presence in the Cleveland area is required.

• Experience in the workforce (part-time, internship, etc.).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to be in Cleveland office every day and visit local businesses weekly.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold company values, reputation, and culture.
• Conduct site visits and consultations to build strategic accounts and partnerships.
• Present to potential clients, educating on the value of Veryable’s platform.
• Create strategic onboarding roadmaps for new clients and measure success.
• Research target lists, build brand awareness, and contact prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
• Manage CRM, HubSpot, and identify scalable ways to generate interest.
• Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc. to run the BD process.
• Maintain compliance with BD metrics and performance indicators.
• Research market trends to stay competitive and adjust approach.
• Collaborate with regional team to grow Veryable’s local footprint.
