Responsibilities

Develop sales team through training and constructive feedback.
Review direct reports’ performance and provide feedback on growth.
Partner with Operations Manager to foster a customer service culture and identify efficiencies.
Assist in personnel planning to ensure branch coverage and meet obligations.
Perform other general manager duties as required.
