• Ability to lead people, build a high-performing team and develop talent.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate sales activities, market trends and customer needs for sales optimization.
• Develop sales team through training and constructive feedback.
• Review direct reports’ performance and provide feedback on growth.
• Partner with Operations Manager to foster a customer service culture and identify efficiencies.
• Assist in personnel planning to ensure branch coverage and meet obligations.
• Perform other general manager duties as required.
