The role emphasizes developing a high-performing team, optimizing processes, and leading sales strategy in a people-first culture. The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in sales with leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience supervising sales teams is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus; ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; background in asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the branch sales and internal operations.
• Partner with Operations Manager to develop growth and profitability strategies.
• Lead and train sales team; provide feedback to improve skills.
